The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for…
Northwestern Jackson County in northeastern Alabama…
East central Madison County in north central Alabama…

* Until 700 PM CDT.

* At 643 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Gurley, or 9 miles east of Moores Mill, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include…
Princeton, Hollytree and Maysville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for north central
and northeastern Alabama…and Middle Tennessee.
