“My heart has always just told me to follow my dreams, pursue my goals and really know my destiny and purpose. I’m a pre-K teacher and I have a love for children. That’s where my passion is. They are very near to me. They go through so many things in life. They can teach us a lot of things – to be humble and have patience. As a kid, I wanted to be a teacher, but I’m just now a second-year teacher at 51. I’ve been in accounting for about 30 years, but this is the direction that God has geared me to.
