Strong Storms Affecting Portions of Cherokee County

…A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern
Cherokee County through 130 PM CDT…

At 105 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Blanche, or near Little River Canyon National Preserve, moving
northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include…
Little River Canyon National Preserve, Gaylesville, Blanche,
Broomtown, Fullerton, New Moon, Chesterfield and Little River Canyon
NP.
