Tornado Watch Canceled for Some, Extended Eastward to State Line
NWS Birmingham has canceled the Tornado Watch for Bibb and Chilton counties in Central Alabama as the severe threat has ended for the day.
NWS Birmingham continues the Tornado Watch until 6 pm for the following counties in Central Alabama: Autauga, Dallas, Greene, Hale, Lowndes, Marengo, Perry, and Sumter.
NWS Birmingham extends the Tornado Watch to also include the following counties in Central Alabama until 6 pm: Barbour, Bullock, Macon, Montgomery, Pike, and Russell.
