Wind Advisory Extended; Tornado Watch Canceled for a Few More Counties

The Wind Advisory has been extended until 6 am Friday morning for Autauga, Barbour, Bibb, Blount, Bullock, Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Dallas, Elmore, Etowah, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Lamar, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Marion, Montgomery, Perry, Pickens, Pike, Randolph, Russell, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Talladega, Tallapoosa, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Winston counties in Central Alabama.

Calhoun, Marengo, Perry, and Talladega counties have been removed from the Tornado Watch, while the watch continues until 9 pm for Autauga, Chilton, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, and Dallas counties in Central Alabama.
