Very Nice As We Are Heading Into the Midday Hour

| April 23, 2022 @ 10:47 am

Temperatures as of the 10 am roundup were in the lower to mid 70s across Central Alabama as everyone is enjoying mainly sunny skies. Anniston, Demopolis, Calera, Troy, and Tuscaloosa were all tied as the warm spots at 74º, while the cool spots are Alexander City, Auburn, and Prattville at 71º. Birmingham was sitting at 73º.

While a few fair-weather clouds may form throughout the day, skies will stay mainly sunny, with afternoon highs will reach the lower to mid 80s across the area. A few clouds will begin to move into the area after sunset, and skies will be partly cloudy throughout the night. Those added clouds will help keep those temperatures mild, as lows will only fall into the upper 50s to the lower 60s.

Sunday will continue to be dry with unseasonably warm temperatures. We’ll have a mix of sun and clouds across the area, with afternoon highs reaching the lower to mid 80s
