Tornado Warning for Portions of Limestone, Morgan, and Lawrence Counties Until 845 am

Possible tornado located over Moulton at 816 a.m. It is moving toward Trinty Decatur and Mooresville. Hillsboro and Flint City are in the polygon. Priceville and Mooresville, you are just outside it.

The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a

* Tornado Warning for…
South central Limestone County in north central Alabama…
Northwestern Morgan County in north central Alabama…
Southern Lawrence County in northwestern Alabama…

* Until 845 AM CST.

* At 811 AM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Moulton, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD…Tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE…Weather spotters reported funnel cloud.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Decatur and Trinity around 830 AM CST.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Chalybeate Springs, Hillsboro, Neel, Caddo, Basham, Wren,
Landersville and Bankhead National Forest.
