Damage in Chilton County, Storm Will Pass Just Northwest of Alex City

Dangerous storm approaching US-231 now north of Rockford. Will cross US-280 northwest of Alex City.

Alabama State Troopers report homes damaged in Verbena along with heavy tree damage along County Road 480.

Also structural damage just south of Fairview in Chilton County.

County Road 37 is completely blocked by fallen trees near County Road 34.

2000 customers without power in Chilton County.
