Strong Thunderstorms Approaching The Birmingham Metro Area
Strong isolated thunderstorms are approaching the southern part of the Birmingham metro area. While these are not severe, gusty winds and small hail along with frequent lightning and heavy rain can be expected in some areas. Localized ponding of water on roadways is also possible.
Additional thunderstorms are likely at times over the next few hours.
