intense Lightning Moving Through the Birmingham Area

The storms moving through the Birmingham Metro are not severe, but they have frewuent, really intense lightning.

There is a significant weather advisory for Shelby, southern St. Clair, and western Talladega counties.

They are also accompanied by very heavy rain and gusty winds.

Be in a safe place as thay pass through.
