The little tropical depression that moved into Texas earlier this week is still around this morning over Oklahoma, making the long trip around our super powerful southeastern heat ridge/hurricane deflector.

Thunderstorms with heavy rains and gusty winds are occurring with the system still.

Flash Flood Watches covers parts of Texas and the Sooner State this morning. Flash Flood Warnings are in effect for several counties in Oklahoma.

Moisture is moving into the Midwest and will spread northeast into the Ohio Valley and Great Lakes states. Rainfall will be locally in some of these areas.
