    From The Weather Center:

WeatherBrains 101: The atmosphere covers the planet and provides an environment where life is sustained. In trying to understand the atmosphere, we have to look at more than just the surface. The overall circulation pattern of the atmosphere includes several cells – not cell phones – which help to manage the heat budget of the planet. This week we take a look at one of those “cells.”

TWIWH: Bill Murray looks back at the week of June 16th.
