Tropical Depression #16

The area of disturbed weather in the Caribbean has become Tropical Depression Sixteen as of 10 AM CDT. This will likely become Tropical Storm Nicole (or “Subtropical Storm Nicole”) later today or tonight as it heads for Florida. Tropical Storm warnings have been posted for parts of South Florida:
