Latest photos from the Dominican Republic. This is only a tropical storm, but conditions are worse her in Santo Domingo than when Dean passed earlier this year. We have been on generator power since sometime yesterday. Winds are much stronger and the rain is much worse. I have not been outside this morning, other than the balcony to take a picture or two. You will be able to hear from the video the force of the winds.”
