New Warning, Some Notes

New severe thunderstorm warning for Cherokee County until 315 p.m. CST. Nickle sized hail reported near Leesburg and the media is reporting a barn collapse with 7 injuries off County Road 7 in Cherokee County.

Golfball sized hail was reported at Morris in northern Jefferson County. This storm is now around Pinson, and approaching Argo and Trussville.

Very mean looking storms now from Brookside to Adamsville to west of Hueytown to to North Johns to Brookwood to Cottondale to east of Fosters.

It will affect much of the Birmingham area with very heavy rain and winds that could exceed 60 mph. It also has lots of dangerous lightning.

Pea size hail reported in Hueytown.
