Here We Go Again

Looks like Wednesday could be quite a severe weather day for Alabama as this active tornado season continues. Our spring seasons have been very quiet for the last 10-12 years… we all knew it would have to end at some point. Below is the GFS output for 1:00 p.m. local time Wednesday afternoon at 500 mb and the surface, followed by the SPC convective outlook for days 4-8. Day four is Tuesday, day five is Wednesday.

Looks like all modes of severe weather will be possible Wednesday if this timing is correct.
