Busy Week Ahead
I think we all enjoyed the breather from the active weather this Easter weekend. No severe storms, no warnings, no issues at all other than very warm afternoons for late April in Alabama.
But, active convection is lurking to the north and west… see the Fort Worth radar tonight…
I used to work as the lead forecaster for KDFW-TV, Channel 4, back in the mid 80s, and I spent many a long night at the studio on Griffin Street in downtown Dallas waiting for storms like these to blow in from Erath, Palo Pinto, and Parker Counties, which are west of Fort Worth.
I will have a full discussion and new video very early tomorrow… but it still looks like our most active severe weather day this week will be Wednesday, but we will need to pay close attention to the radar Tuesday as well.
