Strong Storms Enter West Alabama

| September 27, 2011 @ 6:31 am | Reply

The northern part of the MCS over Mississippi is holding together well, and storms are now moving into West Alabama’s Pickens and Sumter Counties. These storms will produce lightning, heavy rain, and maybe even some small hail in spots. The NWS has issued a “significant weather alert” for Pickens County…

The storms are moving east/southeast, and some of them might even work their way into Tuscaloosa County within the next 45 minutes.
