Congratulations to Jason
ABC 33/40 weekday morning meteorologist Jason Simpson makes a big move… he will be leaving us in a few weeks to join WHNT, Channel 19, in Huntsville as the chief meteorologist.
I always hire people smarter than me, and Jason is a great example. His help during the historic weather events this year was crucial in the success of our coverage. He not only is a fine broadcast meteorologist, but a fine man with a great family and future. We will miss him!
