A Rare High Risk Today

| March 2, 2012 @ 7:38 am

Don’t see these very often–at the most a few times each year.

But the Storm Prediction Center has upgraded today’s risk to “High Risk” for mainly Kentucky but also a good part of Tennessee and into the south part of Indiana and Ohio.

The High Risk does not extend into Alabama however the SPC earlier extended our moderate risk southward to about Selma. So nearly the north 2/3rds of Alabama is under a “moderate risk” which is plenty dangerous..
