Moderate Risk Into West Alabama

Updated SPC outlook for Day One brings the Moderate Risk eastward into West Alabama. It extends as far eastward as about Hamilton-Jasper-Selma. Remember, this is could be changed in later outlooks. The Moderate Risk is almost to Birmingham and it does include Tuscaloosa.

Gadsden/Anniston not included but the entire rest of the state is under a Slight Risk.
