New severe thunderstorm watch til 1 a.m. for:
Fayette, Jefferson, Lamar, Marion, Pickens, Shelby, Tuscaloosa, Walker and Winston. These counties were already in the old watch.
The new counties include Autauga, Bibb, Chilton, Dallas, Greene, Hale, Lowndes and Perry.
