NUMEROUS REPORTS HAVE BEEN COMING IN OF THUNDER AND LIGHTNING WITH
THE SNOW IN NORTHEAST LOUISVILLE AND IN OLDHAM COUNTY. LIGHTNING
DETECTION NETWORKS ARE INDICATING LIGHTNING IN THIS AREA AS WELL.
THE SNOW ASSOCIATED WITH THIS THUNDERSNOW WILL PRODUCE SNOWFALL
RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR. USE GREAT CARE IF OUT ON THE ROADS!

At Dermott [Chicot Co, AR] law enforcement reports highway 35 closed between Dermott and Monticello due to hazardous conditions. reports of power outtages and blown transformers from accumulated snow. sherrifs office employee could not give good estimate of snow on ground.

…6 inches on ground at Cleveland in the Delta…moderate snow continues

For us…
Precipitation is increasing over Central Mississippi. This is a good sign for snow lovers hopefully in Central Alabama.
