Tornado Watch Cancelled
The NWS has cancelled the tornado watch for Alabama.
Drier air is moving into Alabama behind a cold front, ending the severe weather threat.
A few showers continue over East Alabama from Birmingham up to Centre down into Clay, Randolph and Tallapoosa Counties. They contain some brief heavy rain and even a little small hail, but very little lightning.
Things should continue to calm overnight with cooler air filtering in. Looks 40s in all areas by morning.
