Busy Severe Weather Day

There are continuous severe thunderstorm warnings all the way from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to Durham, North Carolina this evening.

Friday was a very busy day along a frontal system that was draped from the Midwest to the Northeast. There were over 500 high winds reports and 25 large hail reports. There were even two reports of tornadoes.

One person was killed by a falling tree in Kentucky and there were injuries in Indiana and Ohio.
