Isaac Rainfall Totals
The NWS Hydrometeorological Prediction Center issued an advisory this morning on what is left of Isaac. Isaac has now lost tropical characteristics while moving across Missouri. While the remnants of Isaac will continue to influence our weather for the next couple of days, the serious threats from Isaac especially flash flooding have diminished considerably.
One of the highlights of HPC’s advisory was a fairly long list of rainfall totals for the storm event through 7 am this morning covering multiple states. While not totally inclusive of all rain totals I’m sure, the list is fairly revealing on the rainfall impact of Isaac. So I’ve posted that section of the advisory below if you are interested.
