Big Apple in Trouble Again–Another Coastal Storm

Not as bad as Hurricane Sandy but still troublesome. The mayor of NYC has ordered parks, playgrounds and beach areas closed in anticipation of the second coastal storm which is already getting underway. He also asks people who are hanging on the the worst hit communities from Sandy to evacuate. Here is the latest official forecast based on Central Park where NYC’s official records are tabulated: The forecast is about the same for JFK and LGA Airports where many flights have already been cancelled. and other nearby areas..
