Showers Near the Front

Drier air is slowly pushing southward today and it has set off some showers and thunderstorms across Central Alabama this afternoon. Most of them extended from along the Calhoun/Talladega County line southwestward to the Talladega/Sylacauga area and westward to near Marion and Livingston in West Alabama. They were moving toward the SE. Most of the area from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham to Oneonta and Gadsden northward remains dry.
