That line of thunderstorms across Extreme North Alabama is not as strong as earlier and no warnings are currently in effect.

NWS has posted a Significant Weather Alert for parts of Greene, Hale and Tuscaloosa County. A strong thunderstorm was near Knoxville in NE Greene County moving south at 10.

Hail 1/2 inch in diameter, winds to 40 mph and very dangerous lightning possible with this storm.
