Storms to the South

| May 28, 2014 @ 7:34 pm

Much of North-Central Alabama has seen the majority of the rain taper off the last couple of hours. However, we are watching more showers and storms along the U.S. Highway 80 corridor that are slowly lifting north this evening.

Heavy rain, gusty winds, and frequent lightning are impacting Demopolis, Marion, Selma, and Montgomery. This area of convection will persist for several more hours as it tracks to the north. No storms within the cluster of convection are severe, and they should remain below severe limits.
