WATCHES/WARNINGS
Tropical Storm Warning from the mouth of the Mississippi River west to San Luis Pass. A Hurricane Watch west of Intracoastal City, La., to Port O’Conner, Tex.

FORECAST TRACK
He may be a minimal hurricane before making landfall tomorrow in the general vicinity of Galveston. From there the projected track is generally westward through Central Texas eventually ro near Midland in West Texas, although no longer a tropical storm by that time.
