The storm is propagating south southwestward along an outlow boundary that pushed in from the east from storms earlier over East Alabama.

Be ready for intense lightning, torrential rains and damaging wind gusts as the storm keeps building south southwestward. Street flooding is being reported in Mountain Brook.
