I don’t see all of the various reports that come across our various sources, but I thought with the rains of yesterday I would try to collect some of the actual observations. Looks like Dothan gets the prize for the most with 3.67 inches.
And some places have been really, really wet. Ryan Maue over at WeatherBell Analytics, LLC, sent a tweet this morning noting that the statewide average rainfall for the last ten days showed 5.41″ for Texas, 8.85″ for Louisiana, and 3.45″ for Arkansas.
Finally, the graphic below shows the anticipated rainfall for Day 1 ending at 12Z Monday morning – that’s now 6 am CST.
