Tonight’s Guest WeatherBrain is a retired professor and sociologist. He is the director emeritus of the Natural Hazards Center. He has authored over 100 publications on mitigations, preparedness, response, and recovery for hazards and disasters. His book, “Disasters by Design” was published in 1999. Dr. Dennis Mileti, welcome to WeatherBrains!
