What A Difference a Few Hours Makes

When I arrived in New Orleans today about 1 p.m., this was the scene from Gretna looking back across the river toward the downtown area. New Orleans looked like a pale ghost in the rain and clouds.

A short time later…

Then, after the line of storms passed, here was the view about 5 p.m.
