At 1049 PM CST, a tornado producing storm was located over Center Point, or near Gardendale, moving northeast at 45 mph.

At 1033 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Brookside, or near Fultondale, moving east at 50 mph.
At 1031 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Millport to near Pickensville. Movement was east at 45 mph.
At 1024 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Maytown, or 9 miles north of Hueytown, moving east at 45 mph.
NWS Birmingham cancels Lamar, Marion, and Winston counties, and continues the Tornado Watch for Bibb, Blount, Etowah, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Jefferson, Pickens, Shelby, St. Clair, Sumter, Tuscaloosa, and Walker counties until 1:00 am.
NWS Huntsville updates the Tornado Watch by canceling Colbert, Franklin, Lauderdale, and Lawrence counties, and continues Cullman, DeKalb, Jackson, Limestone, Madison, Marshall, and Morgan counties until 1:00 am.
At 935 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Binion Creek Landing, or 8 miles north of Northport, moving east at 40 mph.
At 926 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Gorgas Steam Plant, or 12 miles south of Cordova, moving northeast at 55 mph.
Multiple organized deeper circulations have been noted at times across ww003. One or two of these have attempted to produce tornadoes, especially with the supercell that is currently over eastern Pickens County AL.
At 902 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Sardis City to near Aurora. Movement was east at 30 mph.
As of 8:45 pm, we continue to have clusters of rain and thunderstorms moving northeastward across North/Central Alabama. None of the activity is severe at the moment, but we continue to be under a threat from now through 5:00 am from northwest to southeast.
At 803 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Bevill Lock And Dam, or near Pickensville, moving east at 65 mph.
A Tornado Warning is currently in effect in Noxubee County, MS for a cell located near Millcreek and east of Louisville. If this cell continues at its current state, a tornado warning may be needed to be issued for portions of Pickens County.
The Storm Prediction Center has expanded the Slight Risk further to the south and now is for all of the northern half of the area north of a line from Demopolis to Calera to Cedar Bluff. The Marginal Risk continues south of that to the I-85 corridor.
