Hurricane Michael to Bring Unprecedented Surge and Wind as Well as Flooding Rains to Northwest Florida

Storm surge inundation based on forecast track looks good based on track forecast and current trends of movement.

If the track were to jog a little west though, the highest surge values would impact Panama City. Even with the current track, there will be widespread inundation around St. Andrews Bay, North Bay, East Bay, and West Bay.
