At 519 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Phil Campbell, or 9 miles northwest of Haleyville, moving northeast
at 55 mph.
Nickel size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
this storm.
