Tornado Watch Coming Soon For Parts Of Central Alabama
NWS Birmingham is currently on a conference call with the Storm Prediction Center about the need to issue a tornado watch. The area that is of concern was outlined in the earlier Mesoscale Discussion which includes the west-central and southwestern parts of Central Alabama.
We’ll have details on the Tornado Watch when it is issued.
