    Etowah County in northeastern Alabama…
    Bibb County in central Alabama…
    St. Clair County in central Alabama…

* Until 415 PM CST.

* At 1221 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area, especially for locations that received very heavy rainfall during the last couple of weeks in February.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
    Hoover, Gadsden, Alabaster, Anniston, Pelham, Oxford, Helena, Talladega, Sylacauga, Pell City, Jacksonville, Leeds, Moody, Calera, Chelsea, Rainbow City, Clanton, Montevallo, Attalla and
