Tropical Depression Number 13 Forms
TD 14 has formed this evening near the Cape Verde Islands.
It has top winds of 35 mph.
It will become a hurricane by Tuesday but is expected to turn north into the weakness left by Tropical Storm Jerry and remain well out to sea.
