CENTRAL CULLMAN COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ALABAMA…

* UNTIL 215 AM CDT.

* AT 1035 PM CDT, EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT REPORTED THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO FOUR INCHES OF
RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING AND
HAS WASHED OUT SEVERAL ROADS IN THIS AREA.

HAZARD…LIFE THREATENING FLASH FLOODING. HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING
FLASH FLOODING.
