EXPIRED Tornado Warning Continues for Parts of Greene County; Sumter County Cleared For Now

UPDATE 1:25 PM
Tornado Warning continues for Greene County, has been canceled for Sumter.

The possible tornado is crossing US-43 between Forkland and Eutaw.

Folks in Akron and Sawyerville up to Knoxville and Moundville need to be watching this storm carefully.

Leave mobile/manufactured homes now for sturdy shelter if you are downstream of this storm.

A confirmed tornado is approaching US-43 in Greene County.

It will pass just north of Forkland, and well to the south of Eutaw.

No travel on US-43 south of Eutaw to Demopolis.

A new Tornado Warning has been issued for parts of Choctaw County including the town of Butler. This potential tornado will move toward southern Sumter, Marengo, and Greene Counties.

Sirens are apparently sounding in Tuscaloosa, but there is no reason.
