7am Update: Francine Picking Up The Pace; Pressure Has Dropped A Bit

Latest from the latest advisory from the NHC:

We were expecting an increase in forward speed and that is happening. Francine is now moving at around 12 mph to the northeast.  The center is 195 miles SW of Morgan City, LA.  Pressure is down to 976 mb.  That pressure reading coming in from the Air Force Reserve Hurricane Hunter aircraft.  Also, an oil platform near the center recently reported a pressure of 977.7 mb.
