Increased Tornado Threat – Watch for parts of Louisiana and Mississippi until 11pm CDT
We have already had our first tornado warning for parts of Louisiana for Plaquemines Parish until 1pm CDT. The risk of tornadoes forming in the rain bands of Francine starting to increase and a new watch posted until 11pm.
Weather conditions will do nothing but deteriorate for the rest of today and into tonight.
