Severe Thunderstorm Watch In Effect For Northern Alabama Until 10pm
The NWS has issued a severe thunderstorm watch until 10pm for all of northern Alabama. Thunderstorms this afternoon and evening will be capable of producing large hail, damaging winds, and a brief, low end tornado threat. Frequent lightning and heavy rain is also likely in any thunderstorms.
