Going To The Dogs

Thanks to Jerry Brown for this image… he writes…

“Dear James Spann

Below is a picture of Rufus. He is deathly afraid of thunder. When it thunders, he goes into the bathroom and hides. He has learned to associate rain and cloudy conditions with thunder so, when it begins to cloud up, he goes into the bathroom and hides. He can also hear rain hit on the roof of the carport and he’ll do the same thing.

Now, when severe weather is approaching, we tune into ABC33/40 so we can hear your wall-to-wall coverage. Now then, Rufus has learned to associate your voice with bad weather and (you guessed it) he hides. Please try to keep it down as much as possible. Remember, tender ears are listening to you.”
