The cold front has passed Muscle Shoals Shoals and their temperature has dropped to 61. It is in the low and mid 40sacross West Tennessee, in the 20s over most of Missouri and below freezing over North Arkansas.

Back home in Alabama, it was a springlike 80 this afternoon in Dothan, Montgomery and Mobile. The rest of the state enjoyed 70s. The area of showers that moved across Central Alabama earlier this afternoon brought 0.15 rain to Tuscaloosa Airport but only 0.02 to Birmingham.

Still no change in our forecast. It will be sharply colder by morning with a good chance of rain overnight.
