Cold December Day

The day is going as expected. Most places are hovering near freezing, with wind wind chill index values well below freezing and occasional snow flurries are showers. Birmingham has 31 degrees with a wind chill index of 19. Keep in mind we should be in the upper 50s this time of the year.
