Thanks to Matt Marshall for these images… he writes…

“I was driving back from Evanston, WY yesterday afternoon and I took a couple of pictures of the east side of the Wasatch Mountains to show the snowpack that still remains. It’s amazing how much snow (and water content) is still up there. This was taken from Morgan, UT off of I-84, and where it starts dropping on the right side of the picture is Weber Canyon. You can see the enormous cornices along the ridgeline. I estimate the line where the snow starts is at about 8,000 feet.”
